Have Someone Else Do it! :-)

Dog Kennels are often given away at at the side of roads.
Another option for sleeping quarters is a swimming pool.
:-)
I think I watched the Red Green Show too often.

use a corner of the garden and one stake, that way you have 2 wall already made for you, not too high or you wont be able to step over the chicken wire.

You will probably need something to keep them warm in the winter along with the outside wire enclosure. Look for diagrams for a shed because that is basically what you will need or you can buy one.
You sill need a basic frame with walls and doors for the chickens and yourself. You will also need a floor unless you want a dirt floor.

First price out the lumber that you will need to build the right size shed for you, then compare the price to one that is already built.

good luck

Chicken wire and posts. Post out the area, then attached the chicken wire....the posts have hooks. You will also need a place for the chickens to roost or lay eggs. Here's a site to give you some ideas.

Six posts and some chicken wire.
Use four posts as your corner posts and the other two for your door anchors.
Use treated wood and nail or staple the chicken wire to the posts.
Once you get going it will all come together very easily.
You'll have to make your door.
Just get going, you can do it.
